Today we present Video Proof of Bishop Shaleta crossing the US-Mexican border around 2AM in blue jeans and a hat. These videos and pictures were taken in September and October 2024. During September 2024, Shaleta crossed the border around 8PM to 7AM, in blue jeans and a hat, 22 times. We have all the evidence to present in a court of law when this goes to court so that everyone will know where Shaleta spent the church money he stole.
In 2024, a team of faithful Chaldean Catholic Christians found out Shaleta would leave St. Peter Chaldean Catholic Cathedral around 8-10PM and does not get back till around 2-7AM. So, they decided to start following him and obtained this video evidence.
As was shared in “the Pillar” article, the Private Investigator witnessed Shaleta get on a shuttle on the Mexican side that takes American customers of Hong Kong, a prostitution house, in Tijuana, Mexico with a hotel in the top floor that has very lavish rooms with sumptuous dinners and expensive alcohol and then a visit by a prostitute costing around $1000-$2000 per night. This is where the church’s money went. Remember again, Shaleta crossed the border and boarded these shuttles 22 times just in September 2024 and then 5-10 times a month in later months.
In his speeches on Sunday 2/22, Shaleta did not address the accusations of his Tijuana prostitution houses visits or the 3-4 times a week visits to the alleged mistress’ residence when her husband is not home.
Shaleta also did not tell the full truth in addressing the embezzlement. He said “a certain donor gave me money to give to the poor and told me ‘I fully trust you. You don’t have to give me receipts’”. This is a lie. The donor did not give the money to Shaleta. The donor donated the money to the church. And any donor to the church does not have the right to tell the bishop he does not have to provide receipts. This is not the donor’s business, nor is it legal to do so. The money was deposited into a church account that existed before Shaleta became bishop since the time of the late Bishop Sarhad Jammo. The donations were tax-deductible for the donor so the church must have receipts and full accounting of how and where the money was spent for legal purposes. Once the money goes into a church account, it becomes the church’s money, and any donor does not have the right to dictate or set rules or relax rules for the bishop on how to spend the money or whether to keep records and receipts or not. Shaleta lied about his dealings with the donor. He even deceived the donor in a major way. Once the money becomes the church’s money, it falls under rules governing any non-profit organization with fiduciary responsibilities for the CEO, in this case the bishop, and parish council members. There are internal by-laws and common-sense decency requirements. Shaleta cannot blame his fraud on what a certain donor might have told him. There are extensive state laws and regulations governing how non-profit organizations spend money, to ensure that charitable assets are used for their intended purposes. These laws are designed to protect public trust, prevent fraud, and ensure that funds are not misapplied or wasted. The IRS have already also started their investigation.
Also, when Shaleta delivered his infamous speeches Sunday 2/22, he deceived the people and did not say how much the generous donor donated. Shaleta made it sound like it was a small amount of money. It was close to $2 million over a period of about 3 years. How could any “CEO” of any non-profit organization think it is ok to take close to $1 million in cash from the non-profit organization’s income which in this case is the church’s money and spend that money in one year (2024) without keeping any records, receipts or have any witnesses testifying where the money went and how it was spent? Does anyone in their right mind think this is ok?
The Church is our Mother. The corrupt hard-core criminal Emmanuel Shaleta has been ‘raping’ our mother for a long time with both financial and sexual scandals.
Shaleta has been frequenting Tijuana brothels for decades since he was a Chaldean priest in Los Angeles at St. Paul Assyrian Chaldean Catholic Church.
The investigation of Shaleta has been going on since 2014 when he was nominated to be bishop, and it was reported that he had a mistress. In 2014, a Chaldean priest in Michigan wrote a letter to all Chaldean priests and bishops stating that Shaleta had a mistress. But Shaleta was still made bishop.
Multiple private investigators were involved starting in Michigan, then Canada and then San Diego. In 2022 a group of courageous Chaldean Catholic Christians hired private investigators and discovered that Shaleta frequents the home of a married woman 3-4 times a week when her husband is not home and has the code to her garage door. Shaleta also had a joint bank account with this lady that he closed when the church investigation started in June-July 2025.
At this holy time of the year of Lent, we are having to deal with Shaleta’s scandals and he does not care. Instead, he is still in denial and making speeches during Holy Mass that are full of lies, misrepresentations and defamation of the whistleblowers and their families inciting hatred and potential violence against the whistleblowers.
In his speeches during Holy Masses, Shaleta also lied about his letter of resignation. He said that he sent a letter to the Vatican saying, “if you don’t trust me, I will resign”, but that is a total lie. The Archbishop Gomez investigation has already been concluded since October 2025, and the Vatican has already forced Shaleta to resign. And he did submit his letter of resignation.
Shaleta, you had the audacity to lie in front of the altar and The Lord Jesus in The Eucharist and pretended you are poor when you have stolen millions of the church’s monies that you spent on prostitutes in Tijuana and buying a mansion for your mistress. You attacked the integrity of the faithful whistleblowers and defamed their character, and you are inciting your few followers to cause harm to these courageous wonderful people.
Shaleta, no matter how many people who don’t know the full truth you incite to praise you on social media, this damning evidence and videos we are presenting condemns you. Enough lying. Crossing the border at 2am in blue jeans & hat to ride a shuttle that takes people to a prostitution house in Tijuana, condemns you. SHAME ON YOU. Are their any other bishops or priests who have done that before? You did not know you were being followed to the Mexican border and witnesses saw your most egregious betrayal of your sacred office and betrayal of The Lord and recorded it in videos to expose your betrayal of The Lord and The Blessed Mother. You are worse than Judas. At least Judas returned the money and killed himself out of remorse, but you still have the nerve to stand in front of The Lord in The Eucharist and lie to Him and the people. You are like the devil who has no shame. You do demonic practices of reading palms, spending time with prostitutes and frequenting the house of a married women every other day when her husband is not home, because you are probably possessed by the devil and steeped in sin from top to bottom.
Shaleta, you went to Tijuana with the devil in an area controlled by child and drug traffickers. You are either fully oppressed by the devil or completely possessed by the devil. Wake up and repent. You should try to get an exorcism to save your soul.
And you left out another detail in your speeches when you fooled the people that you are poor. How much total money do you have in your multiple bank accounts? Why did you not share this information.
Also, you forgot to mention to the people that you are taking over a condo that is owned by the church that is worth over $750 thousand dollars. You have no right to take over a condo owned by the church. Why did you not tell the people this detail in your pathetic speeches?
We do not hate you. We are praying for you to repent and save your soul and return all the church’s money that belongs to the poor. You have done a lot of damage to the church. Stop hurting The Church of Christ.
To all those still defending Shaleta, have you had enough evidence or do you want more? The evidence of embezzlement will be fully exposed in court, but we are presenting you the evidence of Shaleta’s sexual scandals in Tijuana and visiting the home of a married women every other day when her husband is not home. Are you OK with all of that? Do you think it is appropriate for a bishop to hide himself with blue jeans and a hat, and go to the Mexican border around 10PM to 6AM, ride on a shuttle that takes people to a prostitution house, and visit the home of a married woman every other day when her husband is not home? Are you ok with all of that? Why are you still supporting Shaleta after all this evidence?
