Please notice the times are between 1 AM to 4 AM when a bishop of the Catholic Church, Emmanuel Shaleta, disgracing himself, walking among human and drug traffickers dressed in jeans and either wearing or holding a hat in his hands, crosses the US-Mexican border on foot, to ride on a shuttle that takes people to Mexican houses of prostitution, as attested to by Mr. Wade Dudley, the former FBI agent and private investigator in the Pillar article below and in the attached videos:

Given the gravity of what Shaleta has committed, he should be defrocked, not only resign. To give him a chance to resign is too dignified for such a disgraced criminal, thief and filthy adulterer who goes to brothels known for human trafficking.
He made three speeches during Masses on 2/22 at St. Peter Chaldean Cathedral in San Diego and told lies in front of The Lord in The Eucharist. Please do not relent to pressure and deceit from our Patriarch Cardinal Sako who is doing all he can to COVER UP for the criminal shaleta and let him get away with his crimes.
Your Eminence, Cardinal Gugerotti, we are counting on you to present the case to The Holy See to defrock shaleta without any further delay or the entire reputation of The Catholic Church is at stake. Please give this message to Holy Father Pope Leo. Shaleta has scandalized the entire Catholic Church, hurt the faith of so many and is still in denial without shame or any remorse. Shaleta and Sako are making the whole Catholic Church look bad. They are making the Holy See look bad. Please do not listen to them. Sako is a deceiver who is covering up for the criminal shaleta because shaleta has given him a lot of money. Please defrock shaleta like the disgraced Theodore McCarick was defrocked and please do not wait on that like the church waited on McCarick.
And Sako has maliciously manufactured a crisis of division in our church by, all of a sudden, declaring himself to be of Chaldean Nationality to sow division with our Assyrian sisters and brothers. Sako is an evil “father”. Instead of teaching his “children” to love each other, he has instead intentionally ignited a crisis to cause Chaldean and Assyrian members of our church to hate and fight each other just so he can deflect public attention away from the scandals of shaleta whom he is covering up for. Sako is blaming the scandals of Shaleta on Assyrian nationalists and The Assyrian church, inciting hate and animosity. There is nothing further from the truth. The courageous whistleblowers in our Eparchy who exposed all of shaleta’s financial and moral scandals, are all CHALDEAN. Sako is completely in denial of shaleta’s scandals causing great harm to the whole Catholic Church:
